How can we help?

How often should I service my vacuum? 

      We recommend servicing your vacuum once a year. If something doesn't seem right about your vacuum, whether it's suction, power loss, or something else, give us a call. We can schedule a time for you to come in and we can assess it for you. If you have any concerns about coming into the shop, let us know. We can have you leave the vacuum with us and let you know when it's ready for pick up, contact free.

Are you open during COVID?

      We have maintained our normal operating business hours as we know how important it is to our customers that they able to purchase the items they need, and get their vacuums serviced to maintain a clean and healthy indoor air quality environment. If you have questions or concerns about coming into the shop, we are here to answer them. Your safety and comfort are our top priority!  

Are all the products you sell listed on your website?

      If you are searching for a product and can't find it on the website, or we are out of stock, give us a call or send us an email. We can help you find the part or item you are looking for, and if it is out of stock, give you an update on its availability. 

 How often should I replace my filters?

      It all depends on the vacuum. Most manufacturers require the replacement of high filtration filters every 6 months to a year. This may vary upon frequency of use, cleaning environment, and if your vacuum is a bagless vacuum. Many of the bagless vacuums require filters to be changed more frequently.
